Please simply explain what it means

Formally, an existential statement says that "at least one thing, let's call it x, exists."

A negative existential statement would say that "There is nothing, let's call it x, that exists."

The fact that it is existential, and not universal, just means that it is only talking about one thing at a time.

They have no truth value.

when the balance is shifted on what was lost than what was gained in one's existence.
