I notice, but I only comment on it if they look better. I had a friend that was too skinny,when she started gaining weight I told her how good she looked.

if someone gain weight i would notice, but the hard thing to notice is when they lose weight..and then they ask u!!!....i say yes...and everybody happy

Well it depends if its really drastic weight gain like fifty pounds? Then yeah anyone would notice a beast taking creation. But if its like two or three pounds nope.

Well, if it's apparent, then yes. Or else if someone with a weight problem is really depressed - hmm...even then I do tend to notice such things. All in all, brightens things up!

Yes! My husband has lost 25 pounds so far, and he looks great. Well, I always thought he looked great though.
I would never mention to anyone though if they have gained.
