Try limewire.com or morpheus.com, they are pretty good sites and I haven't had a problem with them.

If you buy the latest issue of Esquire (The one with George Clooney on the cover) you get a card for a download for 25 free songs that will work on any mp3 player...I can't remember the site but it works awesome!

Limewire I have not had a problem but it would be a good idea to scan the file before opening it.
