There is no such thing. Ranks right up there with tatoos. OK, OK - you're young and you don't think tomorrow will come or you'll have time for regrets.. They make undetectable clip ons you stick anywhere on your body along with peel & stick tattoos and you can body paint and shave your head. I support you on t-h-o-s-e. Sniff....

well cartalige is good or if your more of a punk type badass i would get like a lip or eyebrow ring. or even get a regular piercing on yuor ear and gauge it but not too big beacuse if its too big it might stay that way.
