Calm down. 80% of teens get it, so you're not alone.
Here are some recipes for acne:
mash 2 strawberries and spread them over your face. Wait 10 minutes. and wash off. This should erase blemishes beacause it's high in salicyc acid(it sounds harsh, but its really gentle) Plus, the seeds will slough off rough patches caused by acne.
For blackheads, disolve one tablespoon of unflavored gelatin with 2 tablespoons of milk over low heat in a saucepan. When it cools down a bit. It should be his liquid thing. Apply on face. Wait 30 minutes and peel it off. As you peel off mask, you will be peeling off blackheads.
Here are some other acne tips:
-Wash face with GENTLE cleansers. HArsh cleansers that strip face of oils and make skin produce more oil to make up for the lost oils.
-wash face 2 times a day. No more, no less.
-if you get a huge, hurting cyst zit, DONT pop it. Take a piece of bread and soak it in milk, and apply to zit. This should at least shrink it. Then apply rubbing alchohal to it several times a day.
-once a week, apply a mask made of egg white and wait for it to completly dry and wash off. This tightens and cleanses the pores throughly. (psssst...wanna hear a secret?ifyou're old, this mask is also an instant facelift!)

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

1st stop using the dove soap bar!!!! I was using it for a little bit and it was not helping!! when u use it on the rest of ur body as well as ur face it builds up grease. try Clinique soap bar...i have really really really sensitive skin and this has helped a lot!! (I have recently started using the full clinique face soaps and stuff and they work amazingly!!) Try the #4 clearing wash-except this is strong if u dont think ur skin can handle it then try a lower number. Then the best stuff is the spot cleaner-this is strong too but it's the best stuff going(the official name is Acne Solutions, spot healing gel, action ciblee)-That's in a little green bottle about the size of you middle finger. Then maybe get some cover up, so they won't be so visible. Another thing is-I know u wtry to be as beautiful as u can(and it's not bad), butreally your inward beauty is what counts! When you have a great onfident attidue, guys dig tht. Some guy(or girl- i assume ur a straight girl tho) will come along and love u for who u r. Also, I would stop poping and picking at them-this only makes more grow!!

Go to a grocery store ad buy some Purpose cleanser. Yes, that's the brand name. Anyways, facials help too. DO NOT PICK AT THEM!!!!!!! That only makes them red and puffy, making them more noticeable, plus your fingers have dirt and oil on them, so it doesn't help at all. I don't know if acne can go away in a weekend, it depends on how long you've had the zit. It usually takes a week Sorry! While you're looking for Purpose, try finding other acne creams that I haven't tried. Don't eat sweets, touch your face, or anything like that. If it doesn't work and people make fun of your acne, tell them that everyone gets them and it's nothing to be ashamed of. It's a part of life. Good luck!

To get rid of acne this works for me... when I take a shower, after I am done I turn the hot water on all the way and let the water hit my face for about 20 seconds. What that does is it opens your skin pores up, and cleans them. Works for me. :)

awwww u poor thing
ok this reallllliiiii works k? but u have to be patient...dont use soap or any junk on ur face...no soap at all. wash ur face with cold water and pat dry (dont rub that will irritate it)
also i would suggest that u get the cetaphil cleanser and only use that to wash ur face dont get the foaming one get the one u can use with and without water...its gentle and works like a miracle even tho its not intended for acne....and avoid touching ur face and popping pimples...touching it causes u to spread germs do u kno how many places ur hands have been? and when u pop a pimple it become even more enlarged and causes u to get another pimple bc u spread the bacteria that made that pimple...
trust me stop using soap try cetaphil its gentle enough to use on a babys skin and cold water and keep ur hands away from face

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

True acne can not be cured in a weekend and can not be cured by home made potions.
It is a medical condition and can take years to cure.
Go see your GP and ask that he/she prescribe you some antibiotics or other medication to help clear your acne.

Cut out pop and excess sugars. Also I would suggest in investing in Proactiv it is an amazing product and works really well, I use it myself and it keeps my face very clear. For the kit it is about 50 bucks but depending on how long you use it and how often you need it you can stretch it out for about two months. I think the website is www.practiv.com and you can order it directly from there.
