Have her committed into a mental institution. That's the BEST thing you can do for her.

OMG! okay, so youve got to tell her how much you love her, and how much she means to you and all that. convince her that it isnt worth it and she still has her life ahead of her. just because it looks bad now, it doesnt mean it is always going to be like this. in fact, shes hit rock bottom by now, by wanting to die, and things can only get better. oh, and a good thing to do is to get away for the weekend or something. just tell her to not think about anything but having a good time. escape, relax and rethink. whats really important? a parents words can work wonders...

if you are serious you need to get some serious help. RIGHT NOW! Turn off the computer. get a crisis intervention and suicide prevention specialist on the scene
face to face and do it now.
if you're not serious why would you do that to the rest of us.
thats irresponsible.
Think family therapy. start now.
right now.
i hope all turns out okay.

I know you must hear this often, but you need to get help. But realise, you can only help her if she wants to help herself. You need to find the cause of all this sadness. Was it something that has scarred her from childhood? Is it what's happening in her life now? Let her know she has you're unconditional love and support.
Good Luck

If she's under 18, you can send her to a facility where she'll be watched 24 hours a day, and can receive the medical & psychological attention that she needs.

i'm curious as to how you know this but in the meantime,i would seek the help of a good psychiatrist and see if they can get her an emergency admittance to the child psych ward.there it can be determined if she is truly suicidal. god bless .

you need to talk to her. ask her what good it would do to kill herself? tell her that you would die without her and that you need her. tell her how many people love her. tell her that if she were to kill helrself, she wouldnt only be hurting herself, but her family and friends. ask her what she wants. really listen to her. break down crying and beg her not to.
ohhh... im just so sorry. this is really hard.
hmmm... if your really desparate, call the cops somebody so it's not possible for her to kill herself. just until you can get some real help.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!! =*(
p.s. WHAT ARE DOING ON THE COMPUTER WHEN YOUR DAUGHTER NEEDS YOU??? GO GET HER. HOLD HER. LISTEN TO HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
