I believe you are talking about your labia minora. Its not uncommon for them to be larger. If you feel uncomfortable about them or if they are cause you pain during sex or wearing clothing such as jeans, ask your doctor if there is someone he could suggest to do a surgery. Its called Labiaplasty. That is when they reduce the size of your labia minora.

You may not think so but, its common for most women to have extra skin down under. Some women have a large clitoris and some have large labias. It may be embarressing to you but its completely normal. As for the swelling, it could be an STD or infection. You should ask your gynecologist.

Youre probably embarressed because your friends say they dont have that. But many do.

By extra skin, do you mean your labia? Some girls have a larger labia, and honey, men really don't mind either way, some men even like the labia larger. How long has it been swollen? If it is very recently, then maybe you are just sexually excited!

Maybe you can get a labiaplasty from a plastic surgeon. You probably irritated it somehow, the extra flap of labia tissue probably gets irritated easily, something a plastic surgeon can fix.

I am not a woman, but I have been with girls that have extra skin, but it is natural. Completely.

SEE IF THERE IS A WAY THAT IT CAN BE REMOVED SAFELY SO THAT YOU CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE. LET THE DOCTOR KNOW THAT IT REALLY GETS IRRITATED AT CERTAIN TIMES.
