Henry Louis Aaron (a.k.a Hank Aaron) holds the most home runs ever with an approximate total of 755. His total bases were 6,856, RBI were 2,297 and his extra-base hits were 1,477. Hank has played for the Milwaukee Braves (1954-65), Milwaukee Brewers (1975-76) and Atlanta Braves (1966-74). He won one World Series with the Milwaukee Braves in 1957. He also won the National League Most Valuable Player award also in 1957. Hank earned three Gold Glove Awards and made 24 All-Star appearances. Hank Aaron however there may be a player in Japan who has hit more. I do recall hearing something about it but am unsure. Since your question who hit most ever who knows as you did not say American baseball only.
