'People Power' usually means 'mob rule'.
Remember the fake anti paedophile demonstrations, when a paediatrician and her 10 year old daughter had to be escorted by the police to keep them safe from a mob who thought a child molester would advertise in the phone book?

Who will lead the people because without a leader you have anarchy. Ah! But if they have a leader that's a government or dictatorship. Who are the people ? The majority who grumble about the government but realise that anything else would be worse, or the fringe lunatic minority who think with their reproductive organs instead of their brains.
