A couple of things could be wrong.

First, remove the thread completely from the machine. Make sure the presser foot is UP. Now, rethread the machine. Make sure the thread is seated in the tension area (check your manual). Also, make sure the thread is going through the takeup lever (again, refer to your manual).

Don't mess around with the bobbin tension; it's easy to mess up the bobbin case.

If you're still having problems, bring it in to your dealer and have them check to see if they can spot any obvious problem.

You need to tighten your upper tension. This is the first place you thread goes after leaving the spool located on the top left hand side of your machine. Tighten it gradually until it works right for you.

The bobbin should not be coming undone. Are you sure you have that in correctly? Double check with the manual that came with your machine.

Are you using the correct needle? There are needles for woven fabrics and there are needles for knit fabrics. Not only that, but the needle needs to match the weight of the fabric. It makes a difference in how the machine sews.

You need to adjust the tension of the stitches. Check your manual for instructions.

There is usually a dial with a few numbers on it that turns, turn it once, sew a test and try again until its where you want it.

try adjusting your bobbin tension and shortening up the stitch length. and make sure you are using the rite type of needle for the fabric.

try tightening the upper tension and/or make sure the pressure foot is appropriate for the thinness or thickness of your fabric.

Your tension has to be adjusted.
