I need schematics of ships, like blueprints. It can be any kind of cruise ship. I'm planning to write a story about a ship and I need to know specific info about the ship such as:
How thick is the hull of the ship?
How many floors does a normal cruise ship have?
Are all the doors in the ship air-locking?
What is the ship security like?
Is walking through the ship hectic (lots of people)?
What was your cruise like?
What are the "rules" for a sinking ship?

I'd appreciate an expert opinion. E-mail me at pineapple20991@yahoo.com

the designer/builder of the ship will have the info you seek--they usually charge for the plans for their ships.

Go to expedia.com ... select cruises.

Then as you continue along you should come to a map of the ship - they break it down deck by deck. That will will help you with a few of your questions.

As for the rest - I'm sure you can find cruise ship statistics on google.
