wow, what kind of car is that, thats a really wierdo make and model name :O

from memery I am sure if your turn your steering wheel full lock to the right, remove the stone gaurd and you will see the power steering belt tensioner and tensioner adjuster. the tensioner is held in place with 2 bolts/ allen bolts (6/8mm) 1 bolt you can clearly see and another behind the plastic cap in the centre of the tensioner pulley, loosen these off ( usually tight and seized too) and if you look to the bottom of the adjuster near bottom end of adjuster, you will see another allen headed bolt which is used to loosen and tighten adjuster/pulley- belt tension ( usually tight too ) When I mean tight I mean seized, You can be lucky to get well lubricated bolts but I mean lucky!
