I have caught my step neice, Earin, having sex many times with very older men. She is 12. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried talking to her parents ( hubby's step sister and step bro in law) But they say Earin is just going through something- she wants to adventure out there. This is not normal to me.

I am so dissapointed that there are parents out there that think a 12 year old having sex is normal much less with much older men. You did the right thing by telling her parents but unfortuantly its up to them to stop her or press charges against these men. I know you want to do something to protect your neice and its sad her parents arent doing there duty and protecting her too. Maybe you can talk to the grandparents so they can put some heat on the parents... thats about all you can do in this situation. Take Care Honey.

Call the police. She is being abused by the old men AND by her parents for letting it happen. If you know and don't report it, you are also liable, and if someone else reports it, and it comes out that you knew about it and didn't report it, you might be spending some quality time behind bars too.

If the men are adults, then the parrents are NOT needed to have charges filed against him. Please be very careful about what YOU do, leave it in the hands of the police. Your involvement could easily cause problems which would let them get off without a charge.

Call the police, file a report, let them handle the rest of it.

I hate to rock the boat but CALL the police!!!! The police department in most cities have a juvenile officer who works specifically with challenging cases and try to go the most reasonable route without giving a record or causing any unnecessary stress in the family. They do act when appropriate. Please! do something for that baby.

STOP HER YOURSELF those older men can be arressted fr rape.....they should know better than to use a young and innocent child (well not so innocent now) for teir own pleasures...it is disgusting and wrong. her parents also need to be reported...i know your related and all but come on....any parent who could even think of allowing a 12 year old to adventure with men needs help. this young girl needs to be put in councelling or something...and made to stophaving sex...poor girl i can't believe this.........her parents shouldn't be allowed to keep her.....

OMg i dont think its normal. 12 is way to young to have sex. They are going to have an adventure with a pregnant 12 year old when they wont do something soon. wow you should deff do somethng about it.

No, its not normal, but you can't do anything about it. She'll end up pregnant or with an STD. Parents have to keep their eyes on a 12 year old daughter, you can't let them have too much freedom.

I would contact a social worker. It sounds like mom and dad are unable to take care of their child. That is sexual abuse, this child needs help. My guess would be that typically this behavior started because someone was having inappropriate sexual behavior with this little girl. This little girl is going to need a lot of psychiatric help to get better. Don't wait. You don't have to leave a name to report this to social services.

It is NOT normal and her parents should be reported to CPS or Social Services if they choose not to intervene. This kid is going to have a kid if someone doesn't stop her. . . not to mention these "very older men" need to be taken off the street and proscecuted for statutory rape and child molestation.
