Is it an oak color and just shows every little thing. I love it other wise but I now have to add floor cleaning to the list of everyday things I need to do around the house so the safest, fastest idea would be greatly appreciated!!

Our Pergo is 8 years old and we were told water or for disinfecting purposes a little vinegar could be added to the water. No bleach. There is a Pergo cleaner and Menard's has a laminate cleaner but vinegar and water works good.

I installed a Honey Oak Pergo floor in my house - it is a lighter color. Unfortunately it does show dirt. I have used a terry cloth covered flat dry mop made by O'Cedar I think. Got it at Walmart. You just push it around the floor to get up the dust pretty well after sweeping doesn't clean it. The cloth comes off for cleaning. It's the best I've come up with.
I also have a bottle of Pergo floor cleaner you use to get up dried on stuff or wipe away smudges. Get it at Home Depot or Lowes.

Okay first you ought to wipe the ground down with water or vinegar water to take away all of the cleaners you've gotten carried out that created the movie. And then while you blank it one day you'll use a vinegar and water resolution. It cleans pleasant, makes it glossy and deodorizes the room (the vinegar odor will fade and it will depart a contemporary odor) and it may not depart a movie at the ground. Plus, it will get by way of grease or something is at the ground within the kitchen. To contact it up you'll use the laminate ground spray with the particular mop, or fill a twig bottle with vinegar/water. I swear....it does paintings and may not damage the ground. Just do not depart water on it. That'll destroy it.

Try this cloth. You have to buy in packages of 5 but they are only like $3 bucks a piece. I have ordered them and use them on everything, especially windows. They are made out of tiny fibers that work like razor blades. They are guaranteed not to scratch and all you do is rinse the cloth under water, wring it out and wipe ANY surface with no streaks or scratch. Use em over and over. I have not thrown one away yet!
I even waxed my car with it! I am sold on this ...I encourage you to try it out.
