Yea when she thought I was old enough to know and understand but she only said some things like "Don't have sex" she made sure guys never touched me or dated me until I was at least 16 which it didn't work I done that behind her back. LOL my mom also told me babies comes out of the stomach, too. when I was younger I asked about it. In 7th grade also learned more about that and about babies etc. 12th grade I learned it again lol. I get the facts already! but it didn't stop me from doing it lol when I was 17. My dad didn't care what happens as long as I'm happy

Rock on!

Ha! the belly button...good one.
No, my parents never did have the talk. I started at 15. I had the ol' condom slip off incident and freaked out on my prom night (2 years later!). I told my mom, and she took me to the doctor promptly for a pregnancy test and birth control, but there was no talk.

nicely, for starters, I regarded at your weblog and you definetly do no longer qualify as lazy father and mom. I applaud the affection you have on your little ones. All childrens might desire to be that fortunate. regrettably, they are not. I instruct 4th, 5th, and 6th grade boys and ladies folk in Sunday college, I artwork with the interior sight Jr. pass over software, I coach little league baseball, softball, and basketball, and that i've got an 11 year previous son and 14 year previous daughter, so I see, first hand, the consequences of lazy father and mom. Lazy father and mom carry their childrens to church then bypass away and come back and get them later - some do no longer even come back and we would desire to consistently take them homestead. that's the comparable with ball prepare and ball video games. Lazy father and mom do no longer help their childrens with their homework, or instruct them a thank you to experience a bike, or mow the backyard, or artwork interior the backyard, or sparkling up their room, or cook, or wash the dishes, etc. in short, lazy father and mom be counted on different father and mom to advance their childrens for them.

My mom did. Although she did it way too early!!! I was 8 when she told me about boys and girls and where babies come from. She was so explicit and using all the proper terms that I remember not understanding a single thing she said!!!

No. I don't know how I found out about sex actually ...

But I did get a talk about periods. I was confused because, at this time, my mum had just had a baby (my sister) and was breastfeeding - she had these pads to stop milk leakage. Anyway, I got a bit muddled up and announced to my entire class that period blood came out of your breasts and that was why you wore pads in your bra.

Tumbleweed...

When I was in the 6th grade it was mandatory at school to see the movie and receive info about sex, with a written permission from a parent , then my mother told me about "that time of the month".

Yes, my mom did, and she did a great job at it too. (which was exceptional, cuz in those days, I'm talking about the late 50s, early 60s, talking about getting your period, having sex and having babies, was off limits!!)

No, they just hooked up a cable tv in my room and my dad left magazines in a place I was likely to see them, and things just worked themselves out naturally.
