With regard to the physical aspects: By not being active in a way that gets you huffing and puffing. Sit around all day and pile down junk food high in unhealthy fats such as saturated and trans fats. Oh yes, do smoke, that can definitely damage the heart and blood vessels.
And for the emotional matter: Keep on yearning what and who you can't have.

you mean to say, how to kill yourself?
well, if you mean literally, you do want you self killed.
once it stops beating- ur a goner.
but if you're figuratively speaking.
You cant kill it. the heart is the most enduring part of the body.
it's the last thing to give up even if you feel like doing so.
so why kill your heart, when it wants to keep beating for you.

take a knife or hatchet and cut at the back of your neck as hard as you can which should first kill your heart and lungs because your brain will be unable to send them signals which will result in quick failure of all bodily functions and all organs and will kill your brain. that should kill pretty much everything including your heart

Let's see: drink lots of alcohol, eat tons of deep fried foods, smoke like a chimney, never exercise, use cocaine regularly if at all possible and above all never go to a doctor. That ought to do it!
