Yes. He is VERY real. I met him at the Magic Castle for the Secret Caberet episode. He is a great person and a VERY talented when it comes to magic tricks and illusions. If he was a fake he wouldn't have a mind blowing television series that has gone 2 sesons now and a soundtrack album.

yes he is Chris Angel "The MindFreak" was a leading tattoo artist prior to getting into the world of illusionary magic he leads a rock and roll lifestyle (sans drugs and alcohol) and if you don't believe that you are an idiot who has been living in a cave under a rock for the last 20 years
