having to do with the birth of jesus christ. if they were asking do u have one up for christmas they prolly are asking if u have like the stable and the characters that were present at the nativity. such as the jesus mary the three kings the cow the donkey the lamb or watever animals were there and etc.

I hate to be rude, but what's the problem here? You don't know what a "Nativity Scene" is? The question is perfectly obvious, if you know what all the words in it mean.

It means "Do you have the manger, with Jesus, Mary, Joseph, The Shepards, The Animals, Etc..." at Jesus' Birth.
