Whatever you do, don't kill yourself. It's a sin.

We all get like this .........especially
during the Silly Season. Jingle-Jingle!
It doesn't take much time,
to break your routine....
Just set aside 20 minutes for you.
Everyday! Make a list of things,
that really make you feel positive.
Call someone you know is stuck at home.
Maybe a favorite Aunt, that you hardly get to see.
Or just an old friend, who works too hard.
If you start doing things to help perk up others
You will start to feel better right away.
Maybe there is an elderly neighbor that you say hi to,
go over and offer to rake the leaves, or take out the trash.
Do you know someone who lives alone who might need
some help decorating their tree, putting up the porch lights.
You'd be surprised at what you can do for others in 20 minutes.
You won't be thinking about your boring life...........
Smile, take a friend, share the wealth.
HAPPY HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

You and many others too. Many spend their whole life like that
and life is more of a chore than anything else. You are not too young to explore what gives real meaning to a person's life by talking to different people outside of your usual friends - people who have found life to be much more rewarding. Try reading inspirational books, there are so many out there and read about yoga and meditation. This has opened up complete new horizons for some and it is way of making sense of life and giving you a whole new perspective of it. I can suggest good books to start with. I can be emailed. Wish you well.

If you're bored, it's because you're too lazy to seek out those things which can enrich your life and about which you can become passionately involved. Try some volunteer work where you take your mind off yourself and help someone who has real problems. You can find these people in hospitals, nursing homes, your neighborhood, and most likely in your own family.

Do something different, say yes to something you wouldn't normally say yes to. You are just bored because you are stuck in a routine, change it up every now and then and you won't be so bored.

Play online games. learn something new! learn photoshop! create astounding graphics!

learn PHP! create dynamic server-side scripted websites, dynamic website, database driven websites! ajax powered websites! (but learn HTML first, its the very very very basic and easiest programming language)

Learn adobe premier! create movies! be a director of your own movie!

Learn Studio Max 3D, create fascinating 3D models and graphics :)

Learn a lot and you will not be bored in life ;)

study more, learn more, increase your knowledge about IT, or anything else that will make you happy... I think online MMORPGS will make you happy if your bored, try playing MU online or ragnarok online, or.. ahmm.... Guild Wars MMORPG ^_^

Just be IT involved... and you will never be bored of life again.. ;)

But if you're still bored... look around your surroundings... You can see people who really needs help, who are really should be bored, but never been bored....

There are blind people, they can't see colors, they can't see light, but yet they don't lose hope, and continue to live... They practice chess, typing, indoor and outdoor games, even if they can't see anything, they don't commit suicide, they continue to live and cherish their lives which God gave them...

Look at the disabled people, and thank God that you are not disabled, you can walk with your two feet, you can breathe normally, you can hear and see clearly, you can smell, you can eat plenty of food as others can't you can do something else that others want to do but they don't because they can't even if they want to...

Thank God always, pray always, rejoice always...! :)

Look at the people who are suffering from catastrophes and other unexpected phenomenas. Those who are in the far flung countries, country where war and strong typhoons and storm occurs. They have no home, they have no food, they can't watch TV, yet they still strive to live, and enjoy life. They look for food, they work work and work hard to invest and build a home, they find new ways to enjoy life...

Look at your surroundings, the begars, the unfortunate ones. They should be very sad if they don't strive and beg you to help them. They look for ways to enjoy while they are still living..

Just look around you, and see how lucky you are in your situation right now. Think, Thank and Be happy because you are there where you are right now... ;)

In short, be content, you can NEVER BE SATISFIED if you are not content of what you already have...

I hope this helps...

Try something that's out of the oridinary for you. For example, if you not much of a cook try taking a cooking class. You'll learn something new and potentially meet new people. Trying something new and meeting new poeple are great ways to "spice up" your life. Have fun!

It is time for you to see that all people don't live like that. I challenge you to develop problem solving skills and tackle your biggest challenge. To spy on friends and family to see why you are such an outsider in life. Good luck.

You are looking to "stuff" to find contentment. You will not find it there. You will never be content with stuff because as soon as you have more, you will want more. You need to find that which produces contentment. Then your life will not seem so boring.

However, now we are getting into spirituality instead of psychology so I will end with that.
