I don't think so. Bush has proven himself time and time again to be as great as he can ever become. He is:
the greatest mass murderer in the last decade;
the greatest idiot in contemporary history;
the greatest liar of the 21st century (to date, at least);
the greatest laughing stock ever to occupy the White House.
