Need help fixing position?

How come when I'm wearing my briefs, my gential go inside and out. How do I keep it sideway without letting it move in and out? I need help, it's getting uncomfy and itchy. I'm a boy and i bath everyday.

just wear boxers. and it's kinda a given that you're a boy.

tuck it in with it pointed straight up, will ride that way fine. Not sure what you mean by it moving in and out; if it is falling out of the briefs then your briefs must be too large.
