I did my MBBS from India, right now diung my MBA in Health Administration in USA.

The Health industry is still in the infant stage in India when compared to UK & US.
There certainly will be lot of growth in this industry here as a lot of companies are outsourcing their employees health related activities to India as the costs abroad are at extremes.
Such being the stage, the days to come will demand the kind of skillsets that you are equipping yourself with.

I think that you might have a better pay in United States, b/c we have better resources and more need for the job. I would say also that if you just go for the money in the job, then you are never going to be satisfied with who you are and what you want to be. I don't think its a local exam, it would be the equivalence of MBA test in Australia. I know that sometimes you don't need to take a test... So check with the hospital that you want to transfer to. I think the money should actually be really really good.... but I wouldn't just because of money...
