Ask you doctor about having them clamped, and use tuks to whip with. Keep yourself as clean as possible and apply a little witch hazel if needed.

Try Preparation-H and wipe with Tucks when you have bowel movements. Hydrocortisone cream also helps with itching and you can get this in any drugstore. It may sound nasty, but try using a q-tip to get the cream into the really itchy parts. You can also get Tucks in little packets that you can carry around with you and use throughout the day. Also, try and eat a lot of fiber to prevent straining that can lead to hemorrhoids. Since you only itch once in a while, it's probably not bad enough to go back to the doctor. But if taking care of it yourself doesn't work, then definitely go back. Good luck!

As abegining thank god that they have been reduced
but the treatment of the hemorrhoids has to be of two steps
first one is to releive the symptoms wich are the itching and burning and the pain and the second aim is to make the circulation of the blood better so as to make it better so as to reduce the hemorrhoid so ur doctor treated the second step but didnot he give u anything coz that is wht u have to getapplication of a hemorroidal cream or suppository to the affected area for a limited time like zylocaine to anesthetize the area and u have to change ur eating habits and inculde ur diet with alot of fibres and u have to take warm bath several times aday with ten minutes under the warm water
that would do u good
and i hope that u willl be better

Most of the time, they will heal & go away.
Sometimes the Doctor will recommend extra fiber or a stool softner to help avoid irritation.
If they are persistent, or start to bleed, surgery may be required.
For minor itch & burning, like the ad says, I shoulda uses Preperation-H. There are generics as well.
When you find the Prereration-H on the shelf, look at the other products around it.

it depends how serious your hemerroids are. you can double check with your dr or pharmacist with your diagnosis and go from there....
before going back to drugs you could try mild soap in warm water and wash the area.
but over the counter there are creams like preparation H, which is basically a steroid cream that will help with any swelling and itchiness. the prescription products that you may have tried in the past are generally just stronger versions of this.
hemerroids are self-limiting conditions which should go away on their own...so if you keep getting them after a couple months you should consider preventative measures like drinking an extra glass or 2 of water, moderate physical exercise and fibre

You could try preparation H, or tucks. If it continues you may want to see the Dr again just to have it checked out. good luck.

any hemmorhoidal ointment or cream should help, especially if it contains witch hazel. they generally itch because they are slightly swollen again, and witch hazel takesdown swelling and helps bruising.
