if your swimming into the wall doing freestyle you want to use your shoulder to flip your body. like try to do a summersalt and after you flip then you want to push off the wall on your side so you don't waste time and them turn on your stomach and continue freestyle..

for backstroke you come into the wall and then twist on your stomach and then flip like above and then push off the wall and kick and have stream line and when you reach the surface you continue with your back stroke..

I'm not sure which but I'll tell you freestyle. So when you get to the wall, you tuck your body into a ball, flip, then push yourself from the wall.

okay how you do a flip turn is you swim free style into the wall and then you pull arm under your torso and do a half summer salt landing on your back then stream line onto your stomach.

trust me it takes practice and if you really wanna get god you should get lesssons or tutoring!!!

just like doing a somersault, you go into the wall, do a somersault or a half somersault, deopending on whether you want to come out on your belly or on your back, then push off the wall with your feet.
