Wonder what's the name of a song.?

Question

I didn't hear it quite clearly,
it's a hot rap song, probably perform mainly by girls, shouldn't be that old,
and the only lyrics i can understand and it's keep repeating is something like
"I say, ..." (not sure if's it right :P)
The whole song sounds like a conversation between girls and boys.

*Sorry about the lack of information. But if anyone heard it before, you will know what I am talking about.
