I believe that people are sinful but those who believe in the supreme power of God strive to become more like Jesus. Satan wages a lost war while he still has time to influence people and he can make evil things look awfully tempting. Those who choose to deny the diety of God fall into the snares of Satan and can become very evil. Those who desire to follow the Lord Jesus seek strength through prayer to avoid those dark things and when they slip, they seek forgiveness and restoration. God has given us free will to choose whom we will serve, God or Satan. We cannot serve both. The choice is up to each of us.

You can not have light without the dark. Both sides are within everyone. Withun us all is the ability to heal the world and at the same time the ability to destroy it. The good believe in the dark as well as the evil believe in the light.
It's the balance of the world.

I think everyone has a light and dark side. Those who choose to listen to their dark side do evil things such as stealing or murder. But i do believe that in some form there is a struggle in each of us as to which side to listen to.

It is incorrect to speak of " sides " in human behavior. These behaviors are broken down into various traits that are measured along a continuum of change. Think of every trait being a normal curve. Some traits will vary more from the mean, than other traits. Enough of the like traits due this and you have a preponderance of a certain behavior.
