For me it would be something like being trapped in a tight space like an air duct or any other area where i couldn't bearly move at all and just dying slowly.

For me it would be being trapped in an inferno, and dying from the burning. I hate to imagine it, but the intense pain, the knowledge that I'd be leaving my children without a mother, and the inability to escape would be horrific.

im afraid of being tortured or suffocating, anything that makes me die slowly and feel pain.
