well ive never played goalie..but i do know that most of the time you guys are bent down. Maybe it was because your knees werent so used to having all your weight pushing down on them like that, plus all the extra weight of your equipment. Considering the fact that you were not wearing supportice running shoes, and that you were on skates, could also be another reason why your knees hurt. But if it does not go away, or keeps coming, i would go to the doctors just to be safe and not permanently damage your knee. You could have bruised your ligiment or bone, but im not sure. (yes and the person under me is correct, you cant complain about pain and u ought to be tough..right after i broke my bone i got over it and i got back on the ice to play)

No it's not your ACL (I'm missing one of those, so I know.) Most likely you strained your MCL (medial collateral ligament). Better go get it checked out, Next time stretch GENTLY before and after your hockey.

you will have sprained it or pulled a muscle there. possibly you probably did some thing on your advance plate on your knee. you will possibly wanna have been given to the emergency room or physician! some years in the past i became into on a swing set in my exterior and that i jumped off i harm my back it healed some week or 2 later
