diamond buying depends on the 5 C's
Cut- what is the diamonds cut- round, princess, ect...
Clarity- is it flawless or can you see the inclusions with the naked eye
Color- is it colorless or it it yellow
Carat weight- you gave
Cost. finally the price.

Don't forget to look and see what color of the diamond.
Then check to see the setting, gold 14k then 18k is more expensive or platinum is the most expensive but it looks like white gold.

Diamond lower than 1 carat is not good weight.
Watch out "4C" when you buy any gem stone or diamond
