i have seen all men of all skin tones do that unless of course they are gay . do you live in a all hispanic community? it's not ok for any race to disrespect any women in that way it's very degrading.

All culures do this but I have noticed that some (NOT ALL) hispanic men do this more so. I have not noticed asian, white or black men dont do this to me, I mean leer at me. It makes me very uncomfortable.
