,This being a site where may people are from different countries people need to be a little More precise on their questions. The term penny to a World coin collector means it is from Great Britain or a Commonwealth country. In the USA we have cents, and most collectors here use that word. Now back a while I saw ads for the U.S. series of coins in miniature. They were very small but I have not seen the ads lately. I did see one on a Yahoo auction the other day in the coins section. Go to google and type in miniature US coins or novelty coins and you should find a company.

What do you mean by "penney"? Do you mean the worlds smallest copper coin or do you mean 1/100th of a dollar?

Many countries use a decimal system for their currency and many have a coin that is 1/100th of their base denomination.
