Spotting is normal in early pegnancy. Some research suggests that half of all women spot during their pregnancies and go on to deliver full term, healthy babies. The human body is incredibly resilient. You shouldn't have any problems carrying this baby and you don't have to worry about having a preterm labor. Just get lots of rest and eat healthy and you'll be perfectly fine. Consider breastfeeding this baby. Breastfeeding is a natural form of child spacing for atleast the first 6 months if you do not supplement with formula. Some women even have a year or more of natural spacing due to the fact that breastfeeding suppresses ovulation. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Pregnancy reeks havoc on a woman's body, and it takes months for your body to return to normal. Since these pregnancies are so close together your body did not have time to fully recover in between. This means that this pregnancy will be harder on your body, and your chances of miscarrying or delivering prematurely are higher, but with proper prenatal care you can have a safe and happy pregnancy. My sister conceived baby number 3 just 3 weeks after delivering baby number 2, and they are all healthy beautiful children.
Spotting is normal for some women during pregnancy, and causes no harm. But since your pregnancy is going to be higher risk, I would recommend talking with your prenatal care physician as soon as possible to be sure there are no problems.

A little spotting is OK, but if it is persistent and turns into heavy bleeding it can be a miscarriage. See a doctor and get checked up as soon as possible.

Bleeding sometimes happens in pregnancy.
If you are concerned, there are doctors that can help you, and Yahoo! shouldn't be the place to come to with medical issues like this.
See a doctor if you need to, otherwise, stop stressing!
