I liked Bill Clinton's 'don't ask, don't tell' idea for gays in the military. I do not care if gay people get married. It is none of my business. I figure, if two people of the same sex are married, I wont know about it anyway unless I am their friend, or they are the topic of gossip. The 'idea' of two people of the same sex being married repulses me somewhat, but that does not matter. It's simply something I wouldn't choose for my life.

Yes , i believe that you should be albe to marry whomever you choose. I would like to futher more comment about the "dont ask dont tell" in the military. Why should my marriage be a secret? When straight people get married do they not have a cermony, with friends and family. Why cant i? When your husband or wife come to your job, can you not kiss them, why should i have to feel like my having a gf is shameful to me, hell i'm very proud to be a lesbian.

this one kills me - what about ... if two gays get married and adopt a child .... do they have "the right" to be called mom and dad instead of mom and mom or dad and dad - hey come to think of it do gay people have the right to change any words in the dictionary so they have no gender specifisity (i seriously doubt i spelled that correctly) (does that mean im gay?)

I don't see anything wrong with it. Straight couples get married so freakin' often and they think that they're so much better because they're man x woman but most of those marriages are huge blunders.

YES! If people dont like it, they should look the other way and don't get involved in other people's affairs.

Yes, if two (or more in other countries) people love each other, get married, live happily, and die happily.
