The Japanese or American version? Assuming you're talking about the Viz (American) Shonen Jump, you can buy it directly from Viz Media online for about $5. Meaning, not very much.

Most manga is bought by readers as opposed to collectors and most manga is kept in print or reprinted regularly. Only low print run books from the 80's and early 90's (like Eclipse's Appleseed or Dark Horse Ghost in the Shell) have ever become very valuble on the secondary market.

It would probably be worth only cover price or less, even in the bag. Bags seal in acids and hide defects so they are not considered in most professional grading. You might get a higher price for a Near Mint copy if it was pro-graded, just based on the rarity of true Mint and Near Mint books. But you would have to remove it from the bag to get it Graded.
