The answer to this is: WHO CARES WHAT A WOMAN WANTS? they change their mind every 5 minutes anyway, its no use trying to be what they want, be who you want to be and at least women will respect you for putting their opinion where it belongs, in the trash.

Well, it's kind of hard to explain, but I'll still try. Let's see, how can I put this. women don't neccesarily want just one good man. Not saying that women want multiple partners or anything like that, bit I saying women want many different men for many different things. She wants one man to be her therapist whenever her boy friend or whomever does her wrong. She wants a man who she can go to for anything instead of getting it from her man. She wants a boyfriend for that fun and excitement or emotion drive or whatever. She wants a man for a good friend who she always tell that any girl will be lucky to have. you know, all that stuff.

Different women may want different things. If you were asking what I would want specifically, it would definitely be a man that was trustworthy, ambitious (needs to be doing something with his life), some sense of morality, loving, takes care of his appearance (yeah it sounds shallow, but what girl wants a scruffy looking man!) and treats his mother well. My list could go own for a while but these things are really important to me.

Note Egghead's reply and Tabor's right below his. The coincidence was so wonderful I nearly laughed out loud.
Notice how she says she "now knows." That implies that there was a time when she was doing exactly as Egghead described: tramping it up with guys that "excited" her, but didn't want to stick around when it came to responsibility. In other words, she was ignoring guys who were great "relationship" material in favor of guys who would fulfill whatever fantasy she had at that moment.
This is why it's important to just be who you are. Don't bother trying to change for women; they're so busy changing themselves every other minute that you'll never keep up.
(Oh, and if you ever want to know why men act like that...blame the women who reward them. Thanks, Tabor!)

Not sure about others, but what I have in my husband is:
1. God-fearing attitude
2. Honesty
3. Loyalty
4. Faithfulness
5. Generosity
6. He has goals and aspirations for himself
7. Responsible
8. Works
9. Takes control but is not controlling or abusive
10. Loving and romantic
11. Individuality, does not try to impress his friends
12. Intelligence
and so much more but those are the main ones

Women want 2 different kinds of men. They want a shiftless, no-good, unemployed criminal type to excite them and for them to party with. And they want a chump to pick up the broken pieces of their lives and pay her way and support the kids she got from the thugs.

It depends on the woman. In general, probably compassion, unconditional love, someone that can keep her interested, a good listener, faithful, spiritual, ...I could keep going....should I?
