My friend clicked it on his computer and he wants help removing whatever it is. I really don't know how to help because I didn't click it, therefore I have no idea what it is.

If yiour friend does not have any antivirus software, he should get some. If he has some, he should update it and run it.

Advise your friend to load an antivirus software. He can insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

dont worry tell ur frnd to go to www.free-av.com or www.avast.com both have good free antivirus.. install and run scan in safe mode.. it will surely help him get rid of the virus

i would go to the place where he got the computer and ask them what to do. if he doesnt know where he got it go to a place that sells computers
