I am a 34D and if I did not wear a bra to work... the controller would have to take me aside and tell me that there would be a hugh decline in the the productivity of the other workers.

Isn't the weather a little cold to be going door to door without a bra? If not for the safety of others, she should wear one to prevent her own hypothermia.

She needs to wear a bra at work. Dragon thinks that going without a bra is kind of inappropriate at work (especially if they are rather large).

it could also be considered sexual harassment on her part if she is making anyone feel uncomfortable.
but, then again, she may be wearing one...and it is not the correct one for her-or-she may have a reason for not wearing one (can't imagine what that reason may be).

why don't you do your work and stop paying attention to other people? maybe she is wearing a bra?
