well my lips are not super thin, but there not as thick as i would like.
and my top lip is thinner than my bottom one.
any tips on how i can make my lips "appear" bigger, without using a lip plumper like lip venom?

after you brush your teeth brush your lips with a wet toothbrush and put chapstick on them. it makes ur lips look full and LUCIOUS lolx3

I personally love lip plumpers, but if you're not into the stinging feeling then here's my suggestions:
Pick gloss over lipstick. A shiny gloss will be more moisturizing and will help to keep your lips full of moisture as well as appearing fuller. If you prefer lipstick, at least pick a satin formula over a matte one, which can be too drying.
Lighter colors will help make your lips look larger; darker colors will make them appear smaller.
DO NOT put lip color outside the line of your natural lips! It is very obvious and only accomplishes making you look tacky.

on what not to wear, the makeup artist told a lady with thinner lips that stars often put a really pale highlight, like whiteish or pale peach on the little dip thing above the top lip, right along the edge of the lip, but not on the lip, it makes it look like the light is shinning off fuler lips :)

Use a nude, neutral lip pencil and trace around your lips. Then fill them in with a lipstick in a similar shade with a lip brush. Finish with a clear gloss applied on the center of your bottom lip.

I would say try a medium shade of lipstick with very thick shiny lip gloss. that way it will get your bottom lip to look fuller and glossy. and your upper lip will follow right along.

i always line my lips with a slightly darker liner than lipstick i put a triangle in the middle of my bottom lip and top and i line the inside of bottom lip then apply lipstick it seems to work for me

a smudge of lip gloss in the middle of your bottom lip catches light and makes your lips appear fuller :D

Hello THIN lIPS,Now if God would have intended your lilps to be bigger He would have created you with big lips.I for one am a white male with good taste in black females and this is my prefence.If yoyu only look inside yourself and feel that your beautiful then no matter what any man says about your lips should bother yoyu because God created you the way He wanted you created,so be happy with how God created you.

apply petroleum jelly to smooth out lips, then apply glossy lipgloss ONLY ON TOP lip and smear your lips on bottom.

at night put a purple lipstick on at night and in the mornin your lips will apear bigger,darker,and fuller
