please tell me if casino royale involves blood. i am squimish and hate scenes with a lot of blood.

Yep... but its not that brutal.. ^_^ just drops of little blood from the head of agent 007

There isn't much blood in it. It's a good film but Daniel Craig is not as charismatic as the other Bonds. He's a good actor though and he's believable as a killer to me.

It is fairly violent, there are several shootings and stabbings. But it is not very gory. Television level gore. Saw it Wed.

It has more brutality then the other films. I can't say what but if you have ever read the book then you will know what I mean.
