Betts. He's going to be the feature back & against an Eagles defense that has allowed an average of 152 rushing yards, 61 receiving yards by running backs, and 1.5 TDs to running backs over the last four games.
The Texans have been a little better against the run the last four weeks, although T. Henry wouldn't be a bad play. Betts is just primed for a big game.

They are both playing weak defenses. Philly is more susceptible to the run and with Campbell in Betts will likely get more carries than Henry. Henry might lose some run yardage to Vince Young. I'd go with Betts. I'm an Eagles fan and I've seen how bad their Rush D has been this year, although they placed decent on Monday night.

travis henry cause houston DEF is very suspect against the run and philly def is horrible against the pass. just my opinion. the yahoo sit and start page is saying that henry is going to do good things, mainly cause white has a back problem.
