If you have been on myspace than you have seen like blinking pic's i have gimp shop{it's like paint but better} i'm looking to down lode a sit that let's me make my pic's blink and do cool stuff any idea's or web sites.

No question is stupid save the ones not asked.

There are a couple of approaches to making a blinking graphic for a website. First, you can use an animated .GIF file to make it appear that way by using no border around it in HTML, setting one or two frames to the background color and then fading in another two or three then back out. This gives a more slow and fading transition.

A full hard blink from a .GIF animation will be possible by simply using no transition frames and copying the visible frame and "invisible frame" an appropriate number of times so that the finished animation stays visible as long as needed.

The third possibility is to use Javascript to switch two or more images in and out, one being the background color's identical twin and again with no border.
