(This is a theoretical question -- I don't actually know any Virgos I want to seduce/make fall in love with me -- so I just need direct answers relating to the question.)
Supposedly Virgos are reasonable, logical, precise, and as a downside of all this, pedantic and fussy. And they're also supposed to be really popular and charming, but not really inclined to feel the same about anyone else, as I understand.
I have an idea for a story in mind, but I need to know what the ideal measures would be to win the love of a Virgo. Would one want to flatter them, act charming back, et cetera?

Beauty and Intelligence.
They love perfection (nice clothes, nice perfume, nice nails.... they will inspect everything!)!
They love to have conversations as long as it's intelligent(they really dislike mediocrity).
They love anything that is hard to get, meaning they need challenge. If it's easy they turn their back and don't look twice. They need to be noticed and they do not like it when someone does not really pay attention to them.
Trust me.
My dad is Virgo and I have had many Virgos around me.

i am a virgo, but female..yes we are reasonable, logical and precise, and YES fussy, the way to win the heart of a virgo is not just by ideal measures..we are really simple, like things that make sense..we are always on the look out for danger and tend to be very secluded..a good way to win the heart is just by being ones self..we dont want all the flattery, or charming personalities, just someone simple, who wants to just make us happy.. i do love to charm someone else, but what i like is what ive already said..just be yourself, no cheap tricks, dont act phoney..just down to earth..hope some of this has made some sense to you..

i'm a virgo, and the best way to get to know me/"win my heart" would be to have an intelligent sense of humor coupled with good social graces. nothing is more repulsive than a rude person with no manners - or bad conversation. i think i like it best when someone can pick out little flaws about me and tease me (lovingly, of course). its entertaining for me, as a perfectionist, to look at myself through someone else's eyes and realize that i'm human too. but that might be just me.
but as i said, humor and good social graces. like someone else pointed out, i also get turned off if its too easy. it needs to be a challenge for me, or i lose respect for the guy

Simple: Flatter with truths
Play Hercules... or rather that red-headed girl. Find their weakness. Say they love chocolate, then the next time you see them, have a chocolate candy bar on hand and offer to share (unless u (or ur character) is allergic).
Find their most adored characteristic and comment (unless its about teeth or anything thats just odd.
