I have it all hooked up and when i try to play the dance pads don't work. If you have the controller plugged in that is the only thing that works! help??????????

Hmmm are you making sure you have it plugged in right and if you do check it and it is plugged in right it might be something wrong with the dancepad and you are just gonna have to get another one. But make sure you are plugging it in correct.

Are you talking about for PS2 or PC?
For PS2 just plug it in, make sure the mat is in securely.
That's about maybe try to stomp harder or softer. Be sure to press X to advance to the next screen :P
For PC, you usually have to get a USB devices to connect the PS2 connecter and USB together. You can get that through...
