LUL are really into you being customer friendly and a team player so think of some scenarios where
1) You have had to deal with an irrate person, what did you do to calm them down and resolve the issue?
2) You have given good customer service by someone asking you a question you didn't know the answer to and instead of saying 'I don't know' you have gone out of your way to find the answer.
3) You have acted as part of a team and got the desired result (they will want to hear what role you played in the team)
Also LUL are really into safety and security so just brush up a little on things like health and safety hazards, how to spot a potential hazard etc.
Lastly you may have to do English tests (when I joined years ago we had loads of exams to do) so make sure you're pretty good on punctuation and spelling, clear and concise speaking is also a bonus.

Try and predict some of the questions they are likely to ask in advance by reading the job description carefully (you can usually guess a couple correctly) and think of some good scenarios you can use to illustrate how brilliant you are.
