I dont feel as errect as I use to be and my ejaculation is weaker and the quantity is not as much. I dont have a regular sex life with my partner . i last had sex around 6 months ago. i am 42 . any help or advice or guidance would be appriciated.

Regular Masturbation! Serious, you have to keep producing sperm to maintain a strong, high sperm count as well as an erection!

Don't worry. 1 in10 suffer from this.U should see your GP and get your blood pressure cholestorol checked.It is usually psychological. Did you have a tough time in your previous relationship?Stress can also be factor.Viagra is fairly expensive but might be worth getting as a failsafe back-up. Or some condoms have lubricants which delay orgasm. 42 is too young really to have erection problems unless you are grossly overweight.

Alright, enough people have done the "yoda" thing, so I'm gunna give you a real answer haha. Assuming you mean "yoga" it does both. Improves core strength and general flexibility. Plus it can be a lot of fun and very stress releasing.

It can only get worse!. At your age I was able to do OK, but as time went by I tried Viagra but didn't do alot, the hospital tried injection but if anything is more off putting tell me.

I was a proud man in my youth, and I think it's payback time now. As I watch it hang it's head in shame. Make the best of it now, you will be joining the club soon.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to exercise your penis .use a face washer try lifting it five to ten times every day . then when you can do this use a wet face washer for a while then move on to some thing heavy. but you have to keep at it . good luck
