menstrual cramps =-( =-(.....
My doctor made an apoitment about it with me in about two months. But right now, they really hurt. Anyone know of anything that will make them less painful?

Try using a heating pad.. It works for me! If you don't want to buy one heres a simple way to make one at home..... Take a sock and fill it will white rice (raw) and tie the end of the sock so nothing falls out. Then put it in the microwave for about 50 seconds-1 minute and hold it against your stomach. I know, it sounds weird, but it really works. Also try taking Midol. Good luck!

Might not help for this period but a preemptive thing is to start taking you pain reliever two days before you expect your period to start. I heard it on the Oprah show.

i don't know if your the kind of person to (if not, i apoligize) but if you org@sm on your period, the muscles release and don't contract for a while. plus it flushes some of the clumps out of your system....it may hurt when you start, but after the release it feels a lot better.

try taking two advil every 4 hours. use a heating pad, too.

try these exercises:
curl up in a ball
stand up against a wall, and try to get your whole body touching the wall at once.
