Foreign service, the U.S. military, the U.N., civil service, a college professor if you have at least a Masters in French, business, etc. The sky is the limit, contrary to what folks think!

If you qualify, you may be able to work with the CIA or FBI in the united states using your french speaking abilities. Also a member of the united nations as an interpreter... I think there are many opportunities besides being a teacher.
Try something in the fashion industry as a graduate degree... Many agents need to be able to speak french to communicate with the models :)

Interpreter would be high on the list. Consider diplomatic services, a position in an embassy, work with the United Nations, etc. The tourism industry often needs people who are bilingual. If you are Canadian, or want to work in Canada, positions with the federal government would be open to you.

You could always become an interpreter. A friend of mine did that. Even lived in Paris for 2 years to learn conversational French.

Some very good suggestions here; let me add an idea of my own. Look online for US firms [am assuming you're in US] that either operate in France and other French-speaking areas, or French-run companies here. Also, there may be some opportunities with publishers who need translators. [often, one can do this sort of work from home.... your own hours and etc].
