I'm helping a friend compile a bibliography of fictional stories that use characters and/or themes from ancient Greek and Roman myth. Anyone know any? So far all I can think of is Hercules and Xena.

Hercules Adventures and Xena. This was a cartoon from the late 90's that joined both the character of Xena, the warrior princess, and Hercules the strong warrior.

There are some Disney characters named after Greek Gods (Pluto, Princess Aurora/Sleeping Beauty).

Does it have to be just television shows? There are HUNDREDS of movies that are based on Greek myth or take elements from it. Moreso than television shows. If you want that list, you can just message me :) I'm taking a Mythology class and we've done nothing but talk about the modern interpretations of movies based on old myths.
