I have been told that my behavior is a problem, however what was really a problem was my blood sugar being low. Only people who are educated about this and who know me very well can understand.
Adrenaline is the "fight or flight" hormone that kicks in when your body senses danger--either physical or mental (in the case of blood sugar, both can be tied in together). You must find out what is causing it to be released, thus causing the "anger."
So, on that note, please look at what you are eating and drinking or if there is something mentally that is bothering you. Talk with a doctor or psychiatrist, perhaps. See if any medication can help you.
Good luck, and please try to overlook the insults as they are anything but helpful. Help yourself for your own sake so that you will feel better.

If you react at all to someones insults they'll do it forever just to watch you flip. That's elementary school bullying tactics. Ignore them at all cost.
Read the book "Games People Play." It's short and easy to read but gives a lot of comebacks that throw people off balance. For instance. Someone calls you a name and says you are terrible at driving.
What should you do? Flip? Get mad? Hit them? The book says say "Yes, I know I'm a ____ and terrible at driving." WOW.
Now what are they going to respond with?
An open mouth and a real stupid looking face as they have nothing to argue with you about. You just agreed with them!!!!!!! Shuts them right down and after a few more times of trying they will stop bothering to try to provoke you and move onto someone else.
Just laugh later.ha ha
Bottom line is if we let anyone control our emotions we give away our own "power." They literally now control us. Don't let that happen. Be above it.

worst thing when you loose ur temper is some prat telling u not to,that really helps doesnt it, i used to light up a cigarette and count to 10 and that used to work, now i dont smoke and find 200 miles or so on my motorbike clears the anger and makes me a happy man again ,this isnt really much help at all is it D'oh sorry lol

I have been told that I am simple minded, fat, naive, a *****, uneducated, etc...but I have never taken offense to anything anyone has told me. I guess being simple minded has taught me to be unaware when I'm being insulted, being fat has taught me to take criticism, being naive has taught me to believe everything I hear, being a ***** has taught me to not care, and being uneducated has taught me not be a smart ***. Don't let the insults get to you. If you can lol because anger management hasn't help try lol at everything else too.

I love the smack them with a smile that was great...Don't hit them walk away. Nobody is worth a record and no matter how good it feels to just knock the hell outta them it won't be worth it. Give the smile dude the 10 that was awsome!!!

Depends if it something I know it is not true I can just smile and walk away.
If it is something I feel is a problem and feel hurt then I tend to withdraw and sulk for a while and then work on changing it.

Just walk away from the situation and cool off, get in the car and drive, just try and get some space.....counting to 10 don't work if you have someone shouting in your face......
