I didn't stand by Clinton and I'm sure as hell not going to Stand by Bush.
Why?
Because i don't trust politicians period.
As far as I'm concerned the Democrats and the Republicans are both bloated and corrupt parties.

Exactly.

I hate it too.. Just because I think G.W. Bush is a moron, and that he has screwed our country up maybe even beyond repair, I am viewed as a "bleeding-heart liberal"

That couldn't be further from the truth.

I am an American. I want what's best for America. Republicans and Democrats mean nothing to me but suits, lies, and the scent of Old Spice.

I know what you mean. I am called a crazy righty just because I stand up for Bush on some issues, but do not agree with him overall. I have to vote for one or the other nationally. I support each president when they get into office, but it always seems like they no longer have my support when they leave

Most of those attacking Bush are ideologically motivated. People assume because it's easier than thinking. Sir Joshua Reynolds was right!

Every pschological study of conservatives shows them to be, among other thyings, in need of someone to follow so they can feel comfortable not having to think.

If you dis their leader, you scare them and they respond by making you the enemy.

Because they use the word "leftist" as a defense mechanism. I agree with you, politicians are all the same.

Because the people that voted for Bush now know what a stupid thing it was to do, what a failure Bush is and always has been.
So all's they can do is lash out in their anger
